The V.E.I.L Initiative, is a research and response division dedicated to monitoring, stabilizing, and protecting regions affected by anomalous atmospheric behaviour. Established under interdepartmental cooperation agreements, V.E.I.L. works at the intersection of environmental science, public safety, and infrastructure management.
